"I am the host of
Keeping You In Stitches seen on PBS all
over the country, and when the show first
started I knew I needed a web site. At
that time I didn't’t know a web
site from a construction site. I was fortunate
to have Susan Miller come into my life.
We met on many occasions to discuss the
web site and then she went to work on
it. Within a very short period of time
Susan had put together a fabulous web
site which has received over 50,000 hits.
I am so proud of the web site and people
who come to my site give me nothing but
compliments.
Susan Miller also helped me buy my first
computer. She advised me about the type,
the need and was there every step of the
way when learning the computer. She also
got the printer set up, and the scanner.
I knew I could call on her anytime, anywhere.
In this day and age when people are “throw
aways”, that has never been true
of Susan. She has been there no matter
what. When I call her with a question,
I am never made to feel like she doesn’t
have time.
If you are looking for someone who will
give you 100%, then you don’t need
to look any further. Please feel free
to email me and ask any questions."

When we purchased The Saragossa
Inn, located in the historic district
of St. Augustine, the first order of business
was to find the proper person to develop
our web site. As fate would have it, a
mutual friend introduced us to Susan Miller,
who at that time was working for our ISP,
Auglink, Inc. Truly the relationship has
been a match made in heaven. Susan came
to The Saragossa to "interview"
us, and find out what our goal was. We
laid out a "master plan" and
within a short few days, Susan came back
with her presentation. We were completely
blown away....she'd read us like a novel!!!
And at that, put her interpretation into
a web site that has been highly complemented
by many, many guests. We've even gotten
complements from folks who wanted to book
but came to find out we were filled on
their requested dates of stay. The common
thread of the complements is "The
ease of navigation through the web site."
Truly, it is a very easy site to work
with. The follow up work, and ease of
updating information have been superior
assets to our operation. We even now have
our own HTML editor section on the front
page of the web site to promote local
events, post links and present special
offers to travelers. We could not be more
satisfied, and are very happy to recommend
Susan Miller to anyone who needs web site
development work.

"When we decided to
provide a web site for our three restaurants
(and having no background in this area
ourselves) Susan was the person we were
assigned to. All I can say is, "Thank
goodness!" Susan made what seemed
to us an insurmountable task look easy.
Not only did she have us up and running
in record time, but changes and add-ons
were made quickly and efficiently. After
the initial set-up, Susan provided us
with customer service far beyond what
we expected. It isn't every day that you
come across someone who takes pride in
their work, who cares as much about promoting
your business as you do yourself and whose
valuable contributions is one reason for
your continued success. Susan Miller is
such a person. Her input, ideas and personality
will be sorely missed. Susan will be an
asset to anyone lucky enough to have her.
If you have any questions, please feel
free to email."

"My wife Kerrianne
and I own and operate a 14 room bed and
breakfast inn in St. Augustine Florida
called The Kenwood Inn. When the time
came, several years ago, to develop a
web site for our inn, we went to Susan
Miller at AugLink Communications for help.
Being totally in the dark about web design
and cyberspace altogether, we found Susan
not only to be very knowledgeable but
also very patient with us. She was committed
to not only creating a professional site
but was also interested in making sure
we were satisfied with the results.
Over the years, the site has been updated
and modified a number of times and Susan
was always there to do exactly what we
wanted in a timely fashion. We have always
been satisfied with not only her work
but her customer service.
Please do not hesitate to email us if
you need more information about Ms. Miller."

"I am pleased to provide
a reference for Susan Miller and her ability
to gain knowledge about a business and
design a wonderful web site appropriate
to the personality and atmosphere of the
business, whatever it may be. She perseveres
almost painstakingly until she takes just
the right photo or captures just the right
essence of what she is trying to accomplish
in terms of just the right web site for
a company - and she is a joy to work with!
We have been very pleased with the results
our web site has brought our restaurant.
We receive reservations over the web every
day -- she has literally put us on the
map! Please don't hesitate to visit our
web site to see for yourself what a spectacular
job she did for us -- you can find us
at www.aruannos.com."

"We have known Susan
for over two years now. During this time
she has been instrumental in the construction
and maintenance of our Web site at www.oldcityhouse.com.
We continue to get frequent praises on
our web site for it's loading speed, ease
of surfing, and informitiveness. In the
event that we ever had problems at or
updates for the web site, Susan was extremely
responsive and helpful. Her knowledge
base and attention to customer needs really
sets her apart from the rest. She will
be a valued asset to which ever company
is fortunate enough to employ her. We
will greatly miss her support in St. Augustine."
